A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with Jen Anderson-Tarver of New Leaf Midwifery again and documenting Baby E’s birth story. Baby E’s mother is one of the strongest women I’ve met recently. She pushed and work so hard for so many hours to bring her beautiful daughter into this world at home. She never gave up and fought through false labor, epic early labor and exhaustion to finally met her beautiful baby girl.
My favorite part of the evening was the look on both Baby E’s parents faces when they found out it was a girl. Makes me wish I had waited to find out what I was having (both times). It was such an amazing moment! So, it is official… I am hooked on documenting births! I am officially looking to document births in 2015.
